All products are made just for you when you order! Please allow 2–5 business days for production before it ships. Fulfilled and shipped by our print partners.

What is your return policy?

Happy Ohioan Return Policy

Hey there, friend! Thanks for shopping with Happy Ohioan, where everything’s made with love, one shirt (or hoodie) at a time. Because all of our items are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted partners, here’s what you can expect:

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for issues like wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or style changes. Please double-check size charts before ordering!

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got your back:

  • Email us at info@happyohioan.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Include a photo and description of the issue.
  • We’ll work with you and our print partners to replace the item at no extra cost.

Cancellations
We start making your items soon after you order, so unfortunately we can’t guarantee cancellations. If you made a mistake, contact us ASAP and we’ll try our best!
